Vortex has members from all over Europe, but mainly consisting of Scandinavian, Italian and British players, both male and female ranging from 18 up to 40 something. Most players are in the 20s to early 30s bracket.

We are an adult guild with a semi-hardcore approach to the game. We raid 4 nights a week, for 3 hours at a time between 2115-0015. We require all raiding members sign up for at least 3 nights a week. Both in and out of raids we promote a friendly, laid back approach to the game, but with a firm focus in raids. We like to have fun and we also like to progress and try to get the balance about right! We do not condone spamming of general or trade channels in cities or people who generally feel like making a prat of themselves. Our members represent the guild.

We expecting all our members to to follow Blizzards EULA and breaking them will result in an instant removal from the guild.

Raiders rank requirements are to be read and understood before you ask for raiders rank. Failing to follow these rules WILL lead to consequences, and it is no use to come afterwords saying "i did not know", since these rules are there already on the recruitment part of the forum. All raiders are also obligated to use the forums, watch for messages, take part in tactical discussions etc. If raiders rules are broken over time, it will result in a removal from the guild.

The guildchat is a private channel owned by the guild charter, and Vortex members are invited to the guild because you have been found mature. Spamming the guild chat with obscenities might in worst case scenario result in a removal from the guild.

Applying for other guilds will result in an instant removal from the guild. You are not happy with us, then dont stay here just to have somewhere to get epics from.

You can leave an application if you wish to join Vortex and we'll review it and get in touch with you if we are interested. Feel free to leave an application even if your class is not currently one we are recruiting. Things often change and you never know. If you don't ask, you dont get!

Requirements to join:

* Above the age of 18.
* Have at LEAST 3 nights per week between 21:00 - 00:15 server time to raid with us. Ideally 4 days.
* Have Ventrilo.
* Ability to listen to instructions on Ventrilo.
* Fluent in English, which is the written and spoken language in the guild.

If we find your application interesting and think you can be a contribution for us you will be invited to a trial period. The trial period lasts until the leaders decide you are prepared to be promoted. Nagging about promotes will not help you getting promoted, instead it will most probably result in a failed trial period (ie a gkick).
